Is Home Delivery FREE?
There are NO DELIVERY FEES for order worth OVER Rs. 1500.
If the order value is BELOW Rs. 1500 we charge Rs. 25 as delivery fees.
What Payment Options are available?
We accept Cash on Delivery, PayTm and Credit Card.
If you want to process your payment through Credit Card please do let us know in advance, so that the delivery agent can bring the machine.
Why don't you accept payment through website interface?
There is a possibility that we may have run out of an item or two from your order, but this stock update is not reflected on the website, in which case there would be a difference in the bill. Hence we only accept payment on delivery rather through the online interface.
What areas do you cover for Home Delivery?
Home Delivery is available within a range of 2KM from NEHRU PLACE. We cover the following areas:
Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, Sri Niwaspuri, Prakash Mohalla, Kailash Hills, Kailash Colony, Kalka ji, C.R. Park, Amar Colony, Dayanand Colony, G.K.-1, G.K.- 2, G.K. - 3, Chirag Delhi, Hemkunt Colony, Zamrudpur and Mount Kailash Towers.
What are your delivery timings?
Home Deliveries are done in two tranches, you can choose whichever suits you the best.
- 10.00 am - 12.30 pm
- 5.30 pm - 9.30 pm
How can you request to modify your order after placing it?
Before the delivery agent packs your items for delivery, he will call you to confirm any changes to your order during which time you can request to either add or remove items to your order.
